2. Services Provided
Hefes LLC provides:
- Application development — web and mobile apps, APIs, and backends
- Managed cloud infrastructure development and deployment
- Data, integration, and AI/automation engineering
- Enterprise identity, document signing, and verification platform
- Developer tooling and analytics
- Technical consulting and partnership engagements
3. User Eligibility
To use our services, you must:
- Be at least 18 years old
- Have the legal capacity to enter into contracts
- Not reside in a jurisdiction where our services are prohibited
- Agree to use our services only for lawful purposes
4. User Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Maintain the security of your accounts and credentials
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
- Use the services only for their intended, lawful purposes
- Back up all recovery information and credentials
- Provide accurate information in all engagements
5. Prohibited Activities
You may not use our services for:
- Any illegal activities including money laundering
- Hacking, exploiting, or attacking any network or system
- Storing or transmitting illegal content
- Violating any applicable regulations
- Infringing on intellectual property rights
- Market manipulation or fraudulent activities
- Automated abuse or denial-of-service attacks
6. Hosted Services & APIs
When using our hosted platforms and APIs:
- Services and data are provided for their intended business purposes
- We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any third-party data
- API access is subject to rate limits and fair use policies
- Service availability is provided on a best-effort basis
7. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in our services, including software, designs, and documentation, remain with Hefes LLC unless explicitly transferred through a written agreement. Client-specific deliverables are governed by individual engagement contracts.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. You use our services at your own risk.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hefes LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses. Our total liability shall not exceed the amounts paid by you within the preceding 12 months.
10. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of material changes.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to our services at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion. Upon termination, your right to use our services ceases immediately.
