HyperCluster

A modular Web3 ecosystem — identity, storage, and payments, all built on one public EVM chain and one single sign-on.

1 · What HyperCluster Is

HyperCluster is a modular ecosystem of production-grade Web3 services, all sharing a common substrate: a public EVM chain, a single sign-on, and a managed-wallet layer that abstracts crypto away from end users.

Instead of asking users to install a wallet, buy gas, and figure out which network they're on, HyperCluster gives them a familiar account — email, password (or Sign-In With Ethereum) — and mints them a managed wallet in the background. Every service in the ecosystem trusts the same identity.

In one line: a full-stack Web3 ecosystem for humans, not just crypto natives.

2 · The Components

Each piece is independently useful; together they form a coherent whole.

HyperPass · Identity & Wallets

pass.hypercluster.org

The identity spine of the ecosystem. OAuth2 / OIDC provider (RS256 JWTs, PKCE, standard discovery). Password + SIWE auth. BIP-39 HD wallets generated server-side and encrypted at rest (AES-256-GCM). Chrome & Firefox extension for wallet UX and one-click sign-in. Every HyperCluster service registers as an OAuth client — one login, everywhere.

HyperCluster Chain · Public EVM

Live

A public EVM-compatible chain. Compatible with the full EVM toolchain (Solidity, ethers.js, Foundry). Powers identity records, credential attestations, and stablecoin rails. HyperPass's managed wallets handle gas on behalf of end users, so most flows feel gas-free without giving up the properties of a public chain — open participation and public verifiability.

HyperCloud · Decentralized Storage on IPFS

Live

Decentralized storage built on IPFS. Content-addressed, tamper-evident, and durable across the IPFS network. Ecosystem-wide encrypted object storage — where wallet backups, credential documents, and app data live. The same encryption model powers Quipu, below.

Quipu · End-to-End Encrypted Document Exchange

Live

A Dropbox-style end-to-end encrypted document exchange. Send documents between HyperPass accounts, or use keyless-recipient links to share with someone who has no account at all. Built on the same IPFS-backed storage foundation as HyperCloud.

Bridge & Stablecoin Rails

Live

A multi-chain bridge that moves value between the HyperCluster chain and other public networks (BSC, Ethereum). Wrapped USDT and USDC circulate on the ecosystem chain, with HyperPass managed wallets handling gas so end-user payments and settlements happen without crypto friction.

Applications on Top

Apps

First-party apps built on the substrate: HyperCluster Store (marketplace), HyperCluster ERP (business back-office), Wallet F7 (mobile wallet). All of them plug into HyperPass for auth and inherit the managed-wallet + gas-abstracted payment experience.

3 · Why It Matters

HyperCluster demonstrates something Hefes routinely delivers: end-to-end ecosystems, not disconnected components. Identity, chain, storage, payments, applications — designed together, integrated tightly, operated in production.

  • One identity, one wallet, many products. Users don't learn Web3 — they use a normal login and everything Just Works.
  • Gas out of the way. HyperPass managed wallets handle gas on behalf of users, so end-user flows feel gas-free — the biggest UX barrier in Web3 quietly removed. Other public networks (BSC, Ethereum) remain reachable via the bridge when needed.
  • Modular but coherent. Each component ships independently but respects one identity model and one substrate — the opposite of a portfolio of unrelated projects.
  • Real production URLs. Not a whitepaper.

4 · What Hefes Brought

Every piece above was designed, built, and deployed by Hefes — from the identity server and Chrome extension down to the chain's validator infrastructure and the bridge contracts. Specifically:

  • OAuth2 / OIDC identity provider (Express, jose, PKCE, RS256) with database schema, wallet encryption, and referral system.
  • Chrome + Firefox extensions (Manifest V3, esbuild) for wallet UX and one-click SSO.
  • Public EVM chain deployment (validator infrastructure, Foundry contracts, block explorer).
  • Decentralized IPFS-backed storage (HyperCloud) and end-to-end encrypted document exchange (Quipu, with keyless-recipient share links).
  • Cross-chain bridge, wrapped stablecoins, and gas-abstracted payment rails on the ecosystem chain.
  • Front-end apps (Store, ERP) with OAuth integration and managed-wallet flows.

If you're building a Web3 ecosystem — or an app that needs Web3 rails without Web3 UX — we can help. HyperCluster is proof we've done it before; the same team can do it for you.
